As RP Points are obtained for a variety of reasons, the main of which include high end role playing, strong character development, and adding high value to each session you attend, it stands to reason that RP Points and Inspiration are gained following similar guidelines.

Starting immediately:

Any party member may exchange 6000 RP Points for 1 in-game Inspiration.
